We complete a rotation around the business spending one month in each department, before choosing our favourite four to spend 6 months in.
Yes I have learnt many new skills: improved communication, relationships around the business etc.
I enjoy the challenge of the degree along side a working life
Quite well structured however there are busy periods and quiet periods which could be averaged out
we receive a lot of support from our employer and have dedicated study time
a lot of support. we have a student liaison who comes into work
the theory we learn can be applied within work so is useful when justifying out decisions within work and makes us feel more confident.
There aren't many social events however there is still a good team environment.

There are many promotional opportunities and you can does much training as you like.
Defiantly apply, be open minded and many opportunities will be given to you.
