I have developed problem solving, leadership and communication skills
I enjoy it a lot as i get to complete a variety of tasks and learn lots of new skills

Yes
Because they are very supportive, teaches you many skills and there are always new things to learn, you are treated like an employee rather than an apprentice.
never be afraid to ask questions, and you are never expected to know anything!
