ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS i HAVE TO DO ALL THE ADMIN ROLES LIKE CHECKING EMAILS, RAPID DIARY, E POST AND MORE, I DO OTHER MORNING JOBS LIKE CHANGING THE WINDOW DEALS AND ALSO HELP ANSWER QUERIES FOR CUSTOMERS, I DO ENQUIRIES AND BOOKING, I ALSO HELP CLEAN UP THE SHOP AT THE END OF THE DAY
I HAVE LEARNT MORE PEOPLE SKILLS AS I AM IN SUCH A CUSTOMER FACING ROLE, I HAVE ALSO GAINED MORE CONFIDENCE. I HAVE LEARNT HOW TO MULTITASK AND HOW TO COMPLETE TASKS IN A GOOD TIME AND TO A GOOD STANDARD. I HAVE LEARNT HOW TO DEAL WITH DIFFICULT CUSTOMERS AND HANDLE MYSELF IN HARD SITUATIONS
I ENJOY MY PROGRAMME AT TUI AS IT IS REALLY FUN AND MEANS I MAKE NEW FRIENDS FROM DIFFERENT AGES AND DIFFERENT BACKGROUNDS. IT'S A GREAT WAY TO LEARN MORE ABOUT OUR PLANET AND DIFFERENT CULTURES. UNLIKE A CLASSROOM I GET TO CHOOSE WHEN I DO MY LEARNING A MAJORITY OF THE TIME. I HAVE ONE SET DAY A MONTH TO COMPLETE MY COLLEGE WORK BUT OTHER THAN THAT I GET TO DO AS MUCH OR AS LITTLE AS I WANT IN BETWEEN. THIS IS MY APPRENTICESHIP I CAN DO IT IN MY TIME
MY MANAGER IS AMAZING! SHE'S BEEN LEARNING HOW TO USE THE NEW WEBSITE WITH ME JUST SO SHE CAN HELP ME IF I GET STUCK, SHE RESPECTS THAT I NEED MY TIME FOR MY COURSE AND DOESN'T PUT TOO MUCH PRESSURE ON ME. TUI AS A WHOLE TREATS THEIR EMPLOYEES REALLY WELL AND DEFINITELY THEIR APPRENTICES TOO
MY NVQ ASSESSOR IS LOVELY, I GET A LONG REALLY WELL WITH HER AND I SPEAK TO HER ALL THE TIME. I HAVE ALL HER CONTACT DETAILS SO WHENEVER I'M STUCK OR STRUGGLING I JUST GIVE HER A CALL OR AN EMAIL AND SHE'LL TRY HER BEST TO HELP ME OUT

TUI UK HAS 'EDUCATIONALS' WHICH ARE TRIPS TO DIFFERENT PLACES AROUND the world, they put these on in order to teach their employees aBOUT the destination the company sells. THEY DO THIS SO WE CAN GIVE PERSONALIZED SUGGESTIONS AND TELL STORIES FROM WHEN WE WENT TO THE DESTINATIONS IN ORDER TO SELL THE HOLIDAY AND BRING IT TO LIFE

I WOULD RECOMMEND TUI TO WORK FOR AS THERE REALLY NICE TO THEIR EMPLOYEES, THEY VALUE US, THEY EDUCATE US, THEY CARE FOR US AND THEY REQARD US SO WE CAN GET THE MOST OUT OF OUR JOB. TUI IS THE BEST COMPANY TO WORK FOR OFFICIALLY. THE COMPANY FULLY VALUES US ALL AND APPRECIATES OUR EFFORTS
THE APPLICATION PROCESS WAS GOOD, YOU HAVE TO HAND IN YOUR CV, MAKE SURE THAT IT ISN'T LONG BECAUSE EMPLOYERS FIND THEM BORING! THEY GAVE ME AN INTERVIEW OVER THE PHONE AND IN PERSON AS WELL, THEY GAVE ME A TRIAL SHIFT AND THEN I GOT THE JOB! AFTER THAT THEY SENT ME UP TO NEWCASTLE FOR TRAINING.
