some days are harder than others but I do enjoy the programme
the programme is well organised. I have regular meetings each month with my ADC and I also get regular time slots to complete my apprenticeship work.
I receive a lot of support from my employer. they make sure I get the time needed to complete my work and support me if I ever need anything
I receive a lot of support from my training provider. they make sure I get the time needed to complete my work and support me if I ever need anything. I also get given all the work I need to complete in a timely manner. I have always got something to do.
my qualification does help me perform better as I can log everything I have learned throughout my role and if I ever forget anything I can go back to what I have logged and find the information I need to help me.
