i take call froms customers and answer there questions about there bank accounts and other problems they are having with the bank.
yes i leanrt differrent ways of dealing with customers and things that can be done or other ways of saying things
i feel that it is helping me giving my customers a better journy
i started off not very well and found i was finding it hard but after i set my self goals and targets i found it very easy
my managers are all ways there to answer any Questions that i have and all ways willing to help where they can
she i amazing all ways on hand to answer and questions that i have and guild me in the right way
i feel this will help me alot and am all ready seeing improvments with in my role

the support i have had from the company is amazing as well as mt manager, i have never had support like this before in any other job, and i find that the staff really do care about you and want to make sure you do well and are happy and ok
