To oversea the day to day running of the store,make sure all procedures are being followed,training.To help decide how we will meet targets and ensure they are met.
I have developed many skills including became a better leader and communication.
i really enjoy my programme it has helped me to gain a greater understanding of all aspects of business
I feel the first year it was ok but the year i am on now seems much better organised, and easier to follow
i receive very little help from my employer other than to give me the time away from the store to go on the course
They are extremely supportive, have catch up chats,
I do feel that i have a better understanding and it is making me think about how and why i do things in work and how they can be improved
