Helping customers in financial difficulty - telephone based role - speaking with customers with vulnerability and mainstream customers. Looking for solutions to their difficulties.
Systems that I use are all new to me. I wasn't previously in finance but I feel my experience in customer service has helped me in this role as it's based around communication
So far not enjoyable
It's well structured and clearly laid out - makes it easy to complete
Not much at all although they do commit to giving me the hours that I need to complete the tasks
My apprenticeship coach has been really good - whenever I've needed anything from him - he's come back to me straight away. He's friendly and approachable
I don't really think it helps

If someone needed a job, this is a good place to work although the salary is very low, the expectation is also low.
Get your head down, do your work and apply for as much help and support as you can. You can progress but it will never be offered to you, you have to go out and ask for it.
