Providing Lending support to business banking customers. Involves providing OD's, Loans, cards and other lending services via product partners whilst delivering excellent customer service
My communication skills have vastly improved. As have my general skills in supporting lending for customers
The programme is engaging and relevant to my role
Well structured though the latter parts to assess everything are taking a while

My trainer has been excellent, open and honest
Extremely well. I ahave gained a vast amount of confidence from skills learnt that have elevated me within my finction
THere are networking events. I can't do all but do try and do a couple a year
