Yes i have not been in this line of business before so everything i am learning is all new and giving me new skills for my future.
I think so far the programe is great, I have my own coach who i can call/ email when i feel is needed. The Website which i record my learning is very clear and easy to navigate through.
So far seems to be very organised, Meetings have took plave when planned.
I receive all the support i need, i have time dedicated to my apprentice work and i am always learning on the job which i record as i go along, My manager brought my a large diarty which i can write my activities down in before typing in my reflective log later in the week.
I have only been enrolled from last month so i havent had much interaction with my training provider, but the contact i have had has been very helpful.
I feel like it will help more as i go on, upskilling my communicvation skills and my product/service knowledge.
Not as yet.
