Leadership and teamwork
I enjoyed it closer to the end as I gained more support from the training company and from my franchise.
At the beginning it lacked but towards the middle and end of the programme I felt there was more structure to the programme.
I received HIG chats every 2 months or so.
They have regular contact to make sure I fully understood the work and to make sure I was comfortable.
Its shown me different ways to lead and to coach and to understand others.
I can get involved in many charity events throughout the year,
Yes
Its an easy and flexible job
IT gets busy but if you move fast and take consideration of the customers, the job is a breeze.
