yes im building confidence and learning discipline and more about business operations, communication is being developed every day
it is interesting and challenges me everyday, I enjoy this it makes it rewarding
McDonald's training is brilliant in my restaurant, MMU I have struggled as I didn't understand the structure of the assignments as I feel it wasn't properly explained, I would have benefited from more assessment writing and presentation coaching or sessions
I feel fully supported, ive been stressed recently and my business manager has done everything in her power to help and create a better environment for me to do admin in
I'm still getting the hang of asking for help and what is on offer, its difficult to have conversations over emails, but I think the info I need is there im just still finding it
I feel more knowledgeable about things and also I have the tools to assess business problems, and solve them
we have nights out, days out, meals ect lots of social events to keep a good work life balance
