I automate manual process across the business onto a software called Blue Prism. We scope the process, build it and document it before it can 'go live' and be ran by virtual robots.
I have learnt many skills : RPA skills, presentation skills, teradata skills
I enjoy it very much. It provides me with lots of opportunity to develop and learn,
Very structured, we have a set plan for our training, we have career coaches to help with are development and we get half a day to work on uni work each week.
We get a great deal of support from both manager and co-workers. On a team with such great people who are always willing to go the extra mile for you and help you no matter their own workload.
We get half a day to do uni work each week
I think s we continue with the degree we will learn more things that are assigned to our role. Looking ahead there are many things in year 3 that members of my team do so i think it will be helpful then.
The apprenticeship team set up events every now ans then for us to get involved in e.g nights out, bingo, xmas do's
Yes
Lots of friendly people, nice environment
Do lots of research on the company before attending the interview and just be yourself! Managers look for whether you would fit in with the people on the team when your being interviewed so just be yourself and it will go well!
