Varying day to day on specific tasks the overall scope is to provide service to both new and existing customers.
Very very few. Nothing gained from the apprenticeship
I did not. 50% of the required content had 0 relevance to my roll or honestly any roll moving forward. It was an insult to my intelligence in some cases and others could have been completed in initial training.
Poorly. 90% could be completed within the initial training and used as an aid to consolidate training. However apparently this isn’t allowed for whatever reason we have to drag it out over a year with random (useless) days
Initially none however once a new mentor was assigned more attention was paid.
Very little after initial training. We are mostly left alone in all aspects of the training after a pitiful attempt to prepare us, bar the odd nvq day of which most are wasted catching up on other areas of work.
0. It has made no effect on my role other than adding extra stress to have it documented I can send an email.

No
Many reasons. The apprenticeship, although a point of contention, wouldn’t be a reason to not join but instead a warning that you have to waste hours writing about sending an email and numerous questions aimed at managers you’ll never need.
Don’t listen to what you’re promised. Don’t do any extra training until after your year or you won’t get paid. Expect to have to deal with an awful lot on your own. You’re just a number.
