Operational management in clinical area - managing performance targets and management of staff and beds. Recruitment. Complaints. Governance and risk.
Lots of on the job training. attended internal and external training courses. Developed management skills
Very interesting and engaging tutors. It is interesting to explore the theory behind everything we do on a day to day basis
Well structured. Some confusion with assignments but tutors accessible and helpful.
Time to attend uni and study time. Sometimes it is difficult to take allocated time due to work pressures.
Lots of support when required. I have had no problems in accessing help.
The training is definitely making a difference. I approach situations differently and I have dealt with situations more effectively.
