Fast Starter at Nestle. Have been on scheme for 1.5 years, and am in 3rd placement. Currently Work in Supply Chain, as a pack change manager. This involves project management, artwork management and working with a design agency.
I have learnt new skills, such as project management and effective time management. I have developed my general IT skills due to increased/different use than my previous roles.
I really enjoy it! I enjoy rotating around functions, working in different teams, and the company in general.
i Feel Valued, especially as a fast starter. Young people with new ideas are welcomed into the business.
It is well organised. We were the first year it ran so there were some tweaks however overall it has been great. There is a large support network, we all have mentors and there are numerous training courses to go on should any skills need developing.
Lots, when on training courses.
We recieved alot in the first year. it calmed down in the second due on our request.
