I test changes to the Online Banking website of Barclays to determine the performance impact of these changes .

Very much so, I feel like I learn a lot while gaining vital experience in my role.
Well structured, organised and easy to understand.
Any issues I can raise and have supported by my line manager, who will give me avenues to resolve this if necessary
Frequent support in the form of review meetings, access to discussions via email/Skype.
Some areas not as relevant as I would want it to be, however my role is a very specific role and all skills gained through the qualification can be used in some way
Yes - frequent social activities, and sports are encouraged through clubs on-site.
