  • My role involves generating routine reports and working on adhoc reports for stakeholders. This involves SQL and Excel expertise

  • I have learnt new skills as part of my daily role and we are currently being upskilled on a new package to improve reporting

  • I am looking forward to learn new concepts and skills from the programme. Till date, I have had 4 Units and I am happy that I could learn new things

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is quite well organised. For me it was getting back into the flow of education after 18 years!! Having done a Masters degree from an overseas institution where the mode of study was entirely different, I could have done with some more support on assignments/exams etc.

  • My employer is very supportive for me in doing this programme.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Since this is a Apprenticeship programme, I would say most of it is self-study. The tutors have been quite supportive.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Since I am into analysis and reporting, I believe completing this programme with a Data Analytics specialism will further enable me to progress in my career in Analytics.

  • Yes

  • The IT department is in a transition period, where new skills can be learnt and implemented.

  • Being professional and having a good skillset should see you through to being an employee at MFT
