I go around the business and mainly shadow and get given projects and other odd tasks.
I have learnt multiple skills such ss leadership, management if myself and others, communication and co-operation skills. I have learnt how to handle hard situations and pressure and also my time management skills
I enjoy it very much as it increases me in my skills and also my personal life. I can learn, gain an education and earn money at the same time
I do monthly placements for 12 months then do 4 6 month placements for 2 years then i can choose a department. I go uni twice every 2 weeks so it is well organised
I have monthly one to ones with my mentor and i am close with the directors too which us great
I can attain help from the uni at any occassion which is great.
I learn about theories and how to apply them to the business and general work which helps me understand aspects further and more in the roles i am in
There are football teams and golfing activities

It is an exciting place to work and great for apptentices as they are given the choice to shape their future
