  • The apprenticeship programme itself is great, however could do with more support materials when coming up to the final exam

  • Organisation has been a bit all over the place. At some points its very consistent however at others I have felt abit unsure with what im doing

  • The support from my employer is excellent

  • Occasionally once a month, but that isn't consistent

  • My qualification supports my learning of the field which I working by providing all of the required knowledge on banking products

  • The support you receive for job role and also personal life is excellent. Flexibility is brilliant with supportive learning
