I carry out CDD for business customers.
I have learnt communication, problem-solving and software skills
I enjoy my job role, however the programme for the apprenticeship is not very engaging and can be difficult to self-teach.
Some months are very structured and sometimes they are not so there is not much consistency
A lot of support they allow me one day a week to cover my studies.
I have monthly reviews but it would be more beneficial to have learning sessions.
Some parts are relevant but because the qualification is quite broad some of it does not apply to my job at all, making it difficult to learn and understand.
I sometimes attend events through work such as career development days.
Yes
I feel that for young people there is a lot of opportunity to develop your career within the organisation. However, other companies pay better salaries for the same roles.
Be confident and just believe that you deserve the position.
