I am a relationship manager for a portfolio of high net worth individuals. My day to day role includes meeting their banking needs and referring them to a wealth adviser or specialist when necessary. This is done via face to face meetings, via email or over the telephone and I manage 250 clients between junctions 2-10 of the m25
So far I have learnt about the intricacies of teamwork and how to speak up to ensure my team is high performing. I have also got my learning material towards my exams
So far it has been good

As much as I need
I have telephone reviews and have been given direct contact details for if and when I need help
It will enable me to do my role better and also prepare me for my next role.
