1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am a relationship manager for a portfolio of high net worth individuals. My day to day role includes meeting their banking needs and referring them to a wealth adviser or specialist when necessary. This is done via face to face meetings, via email or over the telephone and I manage 250 clients between junctions 2-10 of the m25

So far I have learnt about the intricacies of teamwork and how to speak up to ensure my team is high performing. I have also got my learning material towards my exams

So far it has been good

So far very good- although I am based in London and have travelled twice to Birmingham so far so more local would be better

Yes- professional networking and work events, career evenings and development days and lots of sports teams

Yes

As a bank and a business I believe they are second to none and I have spent my entire career with them so they must be doing something right.
