I speak with customers in financial difficulty, agreeing repayment solutions and discussing their circumstances.
I have developed skills in my role but not due to the apprenticeship.
I enjoy speaking with my talent coach but I do not enjoy the programme as it does not benefit me in terms of receiving a pay rise or increasing my global career band.
Very badly organised. HSBC and my talent coach do not seem to communicate to support us. We work on Tessello from months 1-12 and were told we need to read topics in order to study which does not work for everyone.
We get apprenticeship time scheduled but it regularly gets taken away due to business needs.
I receive support from my talent coach if I ever need anything. When she visits, we receive mock papers and can feed back our results.
It doesn't help as the policies for the business are different to the ones in the RBCB textbook.

Support is great for wellbeing.
Be sure you take out of the business just as much as you put in, in terms of benefits and perks at work.
