Project management trainee programme: collaborating with different teams in order to do create and innovate changes.

I really enjoy the programme as Kaplan really fits well into it. e.g. communication and working with different styles.
In regards to Kaplan I think the assignment dates are well structured but development days are difficult to find.
As on the graduate scheme, the programme managers are aware of this and placement management are made aware of the commitment to complete the qualification.
I have calls with my trainer in order to prepare for assignments and end of point assessment. I have regular contact with her through emails in regards to queries. But also there is a portal with all the information needed for assignments and training contracts.
It helps in the project element of the whole, and the transition from university to work.
There are several extra curricular especially on the graduate scheme. Things like sports and socials.

I have recommended HSBC to friends as I believe it is a place to really understand and implement change. It is place to learn and utilise skills and be involved in several different projects.
Be yourself, HSBC love personality we want different people as we believe we can thrive together.
