Taking calls from customers to meet their basic banking needs
Customer service, Complaint handling, office communication, banking systems, coding, etc.
I find it interesting learning about new areas of the banking world. Being able to add to what I know is useful.
Somewhat well organised. It seemed to start late with providing us certain information, however they have revealed more as time goes on so it's all good
Employer gives me time out of my work with no hesitation and is able to help when needed
We have been receiving a lot of support in this regards recently. Early days and it seems that we are getting more support as time goes on
Learning about the wider banking world has helped me in answering basic customer queries on all subjects so far. This has helped me when understanding issues to pass on to specialists Eventually I will know a lot more about mortgages and be ready to move on
