Yes, I have developed my problem solving skills and learnt how to fault on a telephone line.
The NVQ programme itself is fairly enjoyable, it can be stressful if the importance of certain parts of work are not emphasised.
the structure is pretty good, sometimes there are questions with answers that do not seem logical but that is life.
I have personally received a good amount of support but others I am aware of have not received as much as they require.
Our trainer is always available to answer questions and help when necessary

It is a good place to work with good people. Everyday is different, some days are tough others are a breeze. its an enjoyable well paid job.
Get your head down and get your NVQ units completed as soon as you can. Absorb as much information when training and don't stress, it will all make sense eventually.
