yes I have been looking at complaint work and done many coaching and team meetings. iv learnt a lot about banking industry and the history, and how and why things are done the way they are.
I love it as I'm constantly learning new things.
in the beginning it was kinda of structured but had a few problems with admin as they enrolled me on the wrong course and didn't get my LIBF details or anything to me. but that is all fixed with my new coach.
