I am currently on my rotation around the factory to figure out what department I want to serve my NVQ in
My confidence has boosted massively and I am learning interesting techniques from the more qualified personnel
I do not suffer coming to work, I enjoy the people around me and the work itself as it is in a very interesting field
Very, I have a responsible person who deals with my training throughout the apprenticeship
A lot of support is given due to the nature of the company. They constantly offer help in every sector and provide monthly communications
They are at hand whenever I need them as they are an internal part of my company
It has made me more confident therefore allowing me to expand my knowledge and take further steps into becoming a qualified engineer
There is a work football team that competes in tournaments yearly to which I hope to get amongst this year.
Yes
They are a very caring and professional company to work for who understands the needs of their employees. Working here feels more like a family than colleagues
Be yourself, Siemens is a very diverse company and does not discriminate in any way. They would rather you be yourself on the application stages as they like to take on a diverse set of apprentices so everyone is strong in their own field
