to repair the network and provide new lines to customers
yes I have built upon my electrical knowledge in the past to develop them further to find faults in the network
the work is challenging however the work home balance is often poor due to the travel time required causing effect work of 48 hours a week without overtime often pushing the working time direvtive toits limits
the company appears to be focused on reactionary action more than preventative which I feel would be more effecient
my immediate management are very good at providing support when needed
a lot of support was provided
not that much as all the training is on the job
I haven't seen any that im aware of
No
hours are ridiculously long and contractual overtime is called in regularly
