As a digital apprentice I am rotating through various sections f the company learning about all the sections (dev, data, test, BA, SA, PM) and work within each team for a few months.
I have learnt a lot about the company and through university as well as presentation skills.
I really enjoy my programme as it gives me the independence I have wanted for a long time
Reasonably however on initial start it seemed fairly unorganised as no one really knew what to do with the apprentices.
Lots of support if I need help they will provide it.
Plenty with regular email contact
Reasonably confident I can apply some of my knowledge to the work place
Yes plenty
Yes
Great employer and experience.
Make sure to prepare well for the interview and if you get it push for some work initially but once you get going it will be very good.
