I enjoy the opportunity to gain work experience whilst partnering this with my studies. I have met some new people at UNI which will be friends for life and ones I hope to do business with in the future.
As we are the trailblazers for our course, there has been some communication across the four-year course. High staff turnover.
My current line manager has been of great help. In the past, my employer didn't have a huge understanding about the course I am undertaking. It seems they are reliant on me communicating how it is going to them.
More time to complete the assignment in University time would be useful.
The modules I have been learning have been great use in my working life. I didn't have any understanding in some areas such as HR, and the studies have provided me with great insight.
