On a day to day basis I learn new skills in ICT and how the company works. For example I work on 3 porjects. This develops my ICT skills and project management. I help runs project and work on getting PM40 through. I also manage spreadsheets.
I have learnt new organisation skills, writing, reading, planning, presentation, I have developed my ICT skills, I also learnt a new programming language.
I really enjoy learning new things everyday
Work is organised making sure I get to visit and experience all the different sectors. University could release the timetable for the next 2 years and release the lecturer notes 2 weeks beforehand like they had said.

There are many social and networking activities which I have joined. Siemens also provides sports actives.
