No
I did not / do not as it's still on going due to other peoples egos
It was deplorable, organisation is something that need to be learnt not only by B&D, Procat but by tfl too
As our team was small in the beginning, there was help. but college course wasn't anything to do with rail engineering. The qualified persons didn't have enough work for them selves. when we found opportunities, other persons stuck their noses in delaying and finally denying said opportunity
Procat and B&D have a saying "Google it"
It doesn't, its irrelevant. My training providers didn't even have tutor with a history of Rail.
There are, if you look hard. There is a big divide between office based apprentices and maintenance ones.
