Provide an independent view of a company's financial statements by providing an external audit.

I really enjoy the programme as I learn lots every day, I am studying to be a Chartered Accountant alongside being paid to work, and I have a great team.
Very well organised - I know at what stage I'm at in my programme which is great.
Lots of support - when exams come around they take them into account when managing workload.
Plenty - we have had numerous talks from BPP and have a contact email address if we have any questions for them.
I learnt a lot in my first two modules (Accounting and Assurance) which I use everyday in my role.
Yes, there are sports team such as Hockey and professional networking events organising at least monthly.

It is a very friendly and supportive company which has one of the best reputations in audit. I also like how anyone any level at the company is approachable.
Be yourself, it sounds cliche but BDO really value people who acts themselves as everyone brings something new to the firm. Also, they really value teamwork and hardwork so highlight you demonstrate these when applying.
