I worked there for a year and half as a part time job during my gap year. I was a general customer assistant which including updating stock and working on tills.
To work in a team To listen to others To be quick and efficient
I did I had lots of friends and a good manger and my shifts were flexible.
Well it was a job in the end but rota was went out monthly so well organised.
A lot I learnt how Aldi operate and their values. It taught me about a positive work environment.
I helped me develop skills which I can use in future jobs and interviews
