I have enjoyed every bit of my apprentice. I have received excellent training and support from my manager, buddies, coach, patch leads ,local senior engineers, and every engineer that I have come across. My NVQ has been great so far with the help of my assessor. She has been very helpful and always making sure that I am up to date with my training and assessments.
I have learnt a lot of new skills in telecommunications. Prior to this, I had a zero knowledge about telecommunications . I keep building on every new skills I have learnt.
I enjoyed the programme so much that I would recommend it to anyone looking to work for openreach.
My programme is very organised. It is well structured and tailored to make sure it does not clash with my work hours. it is flexible and easy to carry out the programme
I receive 100% support in every aspect of the programme ranging from tools, skills, human resource etc
I receive all the support that I need for my qualifications. I have never been found wanting in terms of support.
The training provided has helped me to face daily routing in the field work. I have been able to put to use all that I have learnt.
