my role within the company is to put our customers into service within the copper network by fixing or providing their telephone line.
I have learnt many new skills including how to interact with customers and everything I now do on a day to day basis within my job role is skills that I didn't have before.
I thoroughly enjoy my apprenticeship programme and believe it is a good way to ease new recruits into their career

the job is fairly simple, very enjoyable, going out meeting new people everyday, getting out and about, salary is good.
