day to day organising of housekeepers and duties. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout hotel. Organisation of staff rotas, ordering of correct linen, consumables etc. Keeping brand standards high and keeping costs in line with policies. Full training of all housekeepers. Keeping up with relevant policies. Also cover all reception duties.
Developed skills in all reception duties. Upgraded my knowledge of policies and legislation with regards to housekeeping and reception duties. Experience with technical side of job roles.
Its hard to find the time. Having a busy work/life balance but its helped me to gain more knowledge.
It flows well and my leader really helps when I am struggling.
