  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I thoroughly enjoy the programme it gives me new skills that I will soon be able to implement in the workplace and hopefully develop further to achieve my a license. The training provider is brilliant proving high quality facilities and instructors with lots of knowledge and experience. There's a lot of variety as well as taking part in work experience in the hangers throughout the programme.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I feel the organisation could be a lot better as there is a growing number of people and several companies so a lot of people can get messy and confusing and knowing where people just be for work placements and dates can be very last minute which can cause stress. It is structured well with a break from classrooms for workshop then work placement so we can develop our skills and show them in the workplace

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a good amount of support but I feel it could be more however the training provider gives apprentices support as well which is good as anything can be dealt with here and very quickly instead of waiting for employers to come. The communication of issues between the employer and provider could however be better

  • The training provider gives us goof amount of support for all different issues and is very quick to deal with anything and report to employers if necessary. • Having an A license in the industry when working in a busy hanger is quite essential as it can speed up processes and also provide a much better environment for safety with Knowledgable people around you to ensure everything is correct. It will also give better opportunities to further my career to different more advanced licenses

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Currently no extra curricular activities provided by the training provider or employer but we find events to go to and find ways to socialise without this but it would be good for team building and teamwork which is a huge part of our job an s developing those skills are essential
