My role is to educate children with disabilities around day to day school tasks, I will teach maths and English on a daily basis as well as other national curriculum sessions. I will use different forms of communication methods to come up with new ideas to for different projects that will appear to the children
Yes I have learned all aspects of maths functional skills, I was unsure on averages and also how to calculate the range, I was unsure on all the different writing techniques before I started with Paragon skills but through the tutor I was provided they went out there one to ensure that I was learning all aspects of maths and English
I enjoyed all the aspects of the learning journey I was very unsure on what to expect at the start of my programme, but the personal tutor made me feel at easy and they were fantastic in there communication and helping me to learn in the way I like to learn
Very well Organised, I was assisted through the induction and I really new what was expected of me, I was supported all through my training and when I would call my tutor after hours nothing was to much trouble from the and this really helped me with my learning, I really enjoyed all aspects of my training with Paragon
They were really supportive, my manager was very supportive as I was telling them tat I was really enjoying my learning and that I was excited from being very nervous at the start of my programme to complete the test at the end, I was guided my my manager as well as my personal tutor
The tutor was fantastic, the communication from the tutor was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, they were on time at all times when we had agreed times and dates for our appointments, they where professional and guided me through all my qualifications and I could not speak highly of my tutor at paragon skills
100% as if it wasn't for paragon skills I would not be in the role that I am in at the moment, through my roles and responsibility's at my workplace, All the training that has been provided to me from Paragon skills has been invaluable to my role.
We are always completing different charity events in which we use extra- curricular activities to raise money , most recently we have completed an Olympics course in which we ran races, hurdles, javelin cross country we raised a lot of money for the charity and all the children got involved and loved all of the events
