  • My job role involves demonstrating the vital ingredients that are the core of the company, being a role model for coworkers, a support for management, a champion of hygiene and cleanliness and a teacher for the new members.

  • Not really. The level 2 was very basic and there was not support of any kind regarding my restaurant.

  • I didn't. English and math were easy. The online content very boring and sometimes poor.

  • The programme was poor in general and disorganized.

  • I received 0

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The first person that I met was really vague, didn't really explain how thing we're going to work. The second trainer was alright, but he didn't really care and the last person, [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] was awesome. He gave me full support and attend any queries that I may had.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I felt that the qualification did not help me at all. I didn't really learn anything new. They put me in the wrong level, as I wasn't a new started. I was already a crew trainer.

  • 9a. Would you recommend McDonald's to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Gives flexibles times, you have the chance to meet people of all kinds and corners of the world and overall is a good employer. I never had a problem.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to McDonald's?
  • Be open to learn new things and meet new people. Don't be scared to be yourself.
