My role involves in learning the ins and outs of how A aircraft engineer should behave and how they should present them selves practically and orally, around the workplace.
Yes I have learn’t many different skills while being at resource group.
I enjoy the programme because of the fact that I haven’t been in a work environment before and I am loving every moment of it.
I think the structure could be organised a bit better.

Because it’s a good company to work for and everyone is so friendly there.
The tips and advice would be to enjoy the assessment days and by confident not cocky though. Make friends while you are there, because if you get a place on the apprenticeship program you may have to work with them.
