A lot
Fairly well, few issues here and there as to be expected in a large company
Great support network from my team college and manager, not the best support from my NVQ assessor as it seems they are overworked

The training courses are mostly on the job based, the college qualification can go off track at times. Also the NVQ questioning is poor for what we do, very generic and not tailored to what you do, questions are repetitive and not thought through very well at all unfortunately n.
I don't personally get involved in anything
Yes
Because it is a great company to work for, good pay good care for staff and good job security
Good luck you wont look back
