I have enjoyed learning new skills and potentially gaining new qualifications.
Very well co-ordinated. Put together in a well maintain way....Good information as to what will be occuring and when. Good strong guidance, with plenty of supporting documentation.
My employer has been very supportive, providing time off and recompense for my training sessions.

It has given me a better knowledge/understanding of laws and regulations. A better understanding of Eco-Driving. It has also helped with my classroom skills

Once you know your role the job is very enjoyable. I get to meet some lovely people both staff and customers. The pay is competative and I go home with a smile on my face
