    • I am always learning new skills, TechData provide each of us employees a huge range of training sessions , This allows each individual to progress through the business.

    • The Programme is really fun, the programme has given me a lot of opportunity to network around the business.

    • The programme is very well structured, The whole group is fully aware of what needs to be done everyday

    • The Employer is very flexible when it comes to support , Any concerns or query's I had were always resolved efficiently . Tech Data allow us apprentices to have a lot of good quality time to spend doing our coursework so that it is completed to a good standard

    • I have received a lot support from my training provider, I feel as though they have help me submit work to my maximum potential

    • Tech Data gives each employee lots of opportunities to join in on activities outside of work with the help from its social club - this gives each employee the chance to take part in a range of activities
