I work on creating and maintaining code for the company's marketing automation tool.
I have learnt a lot of programming skills and personal development skills
I have learnt a lot of things at university which I do not do at work so this has allowed me to explore other areas of programming
Some elements that are taught are not useable within a working environment often due to it being outdated especially with the IT industry being so fast-paced.
Very support and due to the wide range of expertise there is always someone to help with different things
There are a few events which are organised by the social team as well as stuff like football, hackathons etc

There are a lot of learning opportunities and an environment that encourages personal and professional development. Very supportive and there is always someone to help with pretty much anything
