Installing and maintaining electrical circuits and items in a accordance with the with addition regulations.
Yes I have learnt many skills to do with my trade and now see myself as happy to work alone doing my own electrical work. I have also gained many life skills that will help me going forward in my career.
I enjoy learning day to day and being able to better myself.
I have been a bit messed around during my programme with no real organisation to plan my learning for many months during my apprenticeship. However, recently I have seen progress in the organisation of my programme.
I do not receive a lot of support from the hierarchy of my employer with contact being quite hard to gain with the upper ladder members.
My training provider and especially my college however have been great and have treated me very well.
I believe my training provider educates me very well with my learning in college showing in my work.
Not really, there aren't really enough people in my work to gain sports teams however I do believe I have met a lot of good people who have helped me. I also do spend occasional recreational time with my colleagues which helps build a team bond.
Yes
Because even though I believe it could be much better managed from the hierarchy of the company especially in my sector. They have given me a great opportunity to start a career and for that I believe any company is worth being recommended.
Make sure your place of work is adequate for your learning and that you will be doing things day to day that will help your progress.
