It was well structured and I knew what I needed to do at each stage
My employer was good I got to see my assessor in work
My assessor was really good she helped me understand my qualification and what I needed to do
It helped me to understand more about my job role
Yes we have training on different things such as first aid

Paragon where very approachable and supportive throughout my qualification, my assessor was always contacting me and replying back to me even when I was on night shifts
You wont regret it they are the best training provider around!
