I work for internal teams for the first year, which can be relatively tedious however, grants me a great understanding of the firm. I then work on client work after that on different engagements. I attend college days with Kaplan to learn for exams that I take throughout the two years.
So many new skills, too many to list.
Work can be not great at times, due to being inexperienced. Everyone is super lovely however, and work will improve soon as I get better at doing things.
Extremely well organised.
As much support as possible, everyone has heard of the scheme and are there to help you.
Kaplan are relatively good, good enough to get by.
It doesn't help with the role at all really, just a qualification to get.
So many.
