I work managing new starters to the business by ensuring all hardware and admin is set up and done ready for their start date. I also manage high priority incidents when they arise to ensure they are dealt with in a speedy and appropriate manner. As well as that I manage network calls and any network issues at branches on a day to day basis.
I have learnt how to carry out managerial tasks such as interviews, verbal warnings and return to work interviews. I feel my understanding of different scenarios has developed into a better skill.
I find the apprenticeship knowledgeable and am learning about some very interestig subjects for me.
It seems well organised and structured. I haven't had any issues.
