As a Contracts and Assignments Coordinator I read contracts and process assignments onto our employees record. I sign contracts, handle email and call queries and work to sla by myself and with a team.
As part of my apprenticeship program I have learnt in detail how the company works and more IT skills.
I enjoy my program, I find it interesting and informative. I like having face to face training sessions, I come away with skills I can use in my daily work.
The BUD portal is helpful, I can see what I have done and what I have left to do and the timescales I have to complete work in. Also, I have monthly meetings with my tutor to keep me on track.
My team leader allows me time for meetings with my tutor and time to do work when possible. I would say I am supported.
will provide help as soon as I ask for it, even if it is outside of our monthly meetings.
I feel it helps me alot. I am learning tips to make my daily work easier, such as IT tricks with spreadhseets.
We have incentives in work and socialise outisde of work such as for food and drinks. There is also an engagement team and running club to get involved in.
Yes
The company is fun, the work is fast paced, varied and enjoyable. There is opportunity to get involved in activities outside of work and training courses in work.
Apply it's fun it's not like work/training.
